Bad service - Champagne spilled on me by one of the host

Went to the Applebee's at atlantic mall in down town brooklyn today on valentines day, just to have it ruined by a host that spilled champagne on me. I spoke to the manager of the place and all he did was tell me that she didn't do it on purpose. The nerves of them. So not professional. This ruined my day and i will never go back tp this place again.
