Poor Management

I work for Applebee's and I am always dedicated to my job. However, one of my manager name Carlos does not treat his employees fairly. He has a bad attitude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and lazy. He would give his employees bad section for something so trivial. For instance, when the employees speak up, knowing their rights, he would get mad/offensive and take away their shifts or good sections. Please do something for a change.
