    I worked at ihop and was corporately trained at both I ass.managed and served at ihop for about 10 yrs worked at four maybe five opened two and was very well trained by several mangers and later lost my job due to a buy out in the orem store and others around Utah because of 100 percent discimination.     Erick Lambert, the manager at Applebee's, is rude and disrespectful! After placing an order that was not right twice without touching the food, Erick Lambert said the food was still going to be paid for. He also stated that it was not up for discussion.     2/25/2015 @ 10:00pm, I stopped by my local Applebee's tonight expecting the same courteous service extended to me as usual. But, was I in for a surprise; I ordered a glass of Merlot Wine, but the Barmaid (Patrice) said they were out.     The manager yelling at wait staff in front of customers, REALLY? I was a department manager for 21 years and NEVER, NEVER did I reprimand my staff in front of the customers!!!     My husband and I went to Applebee's for dinner one night and we had the same meal- Mac and cheese with chicken in it. As soon as we left we both felt off.     Applebees in louisville ky in the 4000 block of dixie hwy tries to steal your money. We asked the waitress to check the balance of 2 $25 gift cards. When she came back she had two reciepts she said there is 25 on this one as she set it on the table with the reciept and she crumbled up the other reciept and said there was nothing on this card.     My husband and I went to Applebee's on Thornton road in lithia springs ga.     On Nov 14th some friends and I went to applebee's after a 12hr shift at work. We all ordered a beer. Two of them orderded A shot of Fireball Whiskey. When the bill came in they were charged for a double shot each. Come to find out this is standard practice. The manager said we have to order a "baby" shot to get a single shot.     There is a deal going on right now where if your waitress/waiter forgets to suggest buy a gift card by the time they bring you your bill, you get a coupon for free mozzarella sticks.     My husband I took my elderly mother to this Applebee's for dinner tonight. My mother and I both ordered the Riblet dinner, she had the complete meal and I changed mine from coleslaw to mixed steam vegetables. First, the riblets are a very dangerous product.     I received the wrong order at curbside and didn't notice it until I got back home.     I went to Applebee's in Brewster NY last night. We asked for the gluten free menu as one of the ladies with us is highly allergic. They recommended the chips and oriental chicken salad, which she did get. In a matter of minutes after eating she started to itch and break out in a rash, the manager came over and actually went and got the ingredients off the box and it DID contain gluten.     I love Applebees and frequent our local Applebees 3-4 times per month. I have been to the Owatonna, MN Applebees 4 times in the last 2 weeks. The waitstaff is great but it seems there are major problems with the management of the kitchen.     I have been to this store 2 times, both times I ordered steak both times it was over cooked.     Every Friday evening we have dinner at the Applebee's in Clarksburg, MD. We have done so religiously for the past year. My friend and I went to Applebees waited a little over a half hour to be seated. When we were seated another 20-30 went by before our orders were taken. I had and alcoholic drink, strawberry lime margerita and my friends was a Long Island iced tea. My glass was small and filled mostly with ice. Ten minutes passed and I asked if I could order another drink. The waitress said she would check with the Manager. The waitress came back and said I would not be able to order another drink. So naturally I asked why being I was confused. I had told her I wasn't driving, Any who the Manager presented himself to me and I ask why am I being treated this way? The manager says I made our waitress "uncomfortable". I asked why and Manager says I drank my drink in ten minutes! Um ok don't understand why I'm being treated so rudely in a restaurant. I'm a regular customer at the applebee's in dublin, GA and it seems I can never get the help I need when its time to order. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they were all out back smoking which I thought was against their policy. When I finally got my food it was not how I ordered it and I never received my refill on my drink. I also get sick and tired of seeing one manager name dave feeling on everybody also.

Tuesday 7/26/11 at around 2 pm I visited the unit in Bay City michigan. Started out ok, but then got worse, way to long to wait for a server, I ask for coffee and pepsi. The waiter brought me the drinks but did not bring creamers or ask if I need them, Then there was not a spoon to stir my coffee with. When I tried to pay with my Applebees gift card, it took extra time because he said 3 people could not get it to go thru. I was not happy with the service on this trip which is unusual because I have eaten at this unit many times before.

To Whom it may concern on 10/22/2010 at 6:30pm My Feiancie and I went to the applebees restaurant in Greenfield Ma. And we were verbally assaulted by your hostesses Husband. and we were forced to leave after being seated. then your hostesses husband continues to assault us in the parking lot and he had to be restrained by another patron from the resturant. we were so shaken by this man
that we still felt uneasy the next day. We tried to enjoy a meal at the 99 resturant around the corner but we could not. I called the next day and sppoke to the manager incharge that night and she remembered the incident, and said she would pass it on to Andrew the Store Manager. I never got a call from Andrew and I had to contact him. He said that he would take care of it and get back to me...... Well to this point I have not heard from this man Andrew who you have in charge of your store in Greenfield. To get to the point I will NEVER EVER enter any of your stores again and I will encourage others as well. If this is the practice your resturant chain allows.I want no part of it.....Your Hostesses name is Sue Batchelder. and her husband Glenn, should not be permitted to be allowed in your store. the silverware was very nasty,dirty not one set but 4 sets and the manager was rude no good customer service for the silverware that they had to bring back to the table 4 times

we waited 8 min. for anyone to even come greet us. then when the guy got there we were not able to hear him. we waited for 33 min. on our food. we had to ask for a refill on our drinks. once we were ready to leave we had to ask 3 times for a box. after getting home we both were sick for 2 days. i have never had an experience like that and i wont have another one b/c i dont plan on going back. we ate at the one in ashland,ky.

I was recently involved in a fund raiser at the local Applebee's in Mt. Vernon, Il. I had a fundraiser there in the spring for our reading program at school. We made $12oo at the breakfast at that time. I called at the beginning of school to set up a time for another one to help with the expenses of one of our fellow teachers whose husband was getting a lung transplant. I was told that they no longer did the breakfast. They now did Dining to Donate. Fine. We went with that and was told we would make as much or more. We gave out flyers everywhere & had LOTS of people there both nights. However, I was told today that the total was only $300. I was devastated. All our hard work for that. I talked to the Mgr. & told him there had to be a mistake. We had the place full. Also, during the lunch hour. Of course, the way it is done, you have no proof of how many were there. I'm not sure the waitresses counted all the slips. They all did it a different way. Sometimes after people left the flyer was still on the table. The waitress didn't take it. If there could have been a sign in sheet for all that came because of the fund raiser it would have been more efficient. I am very disappointed by this result. My family alone spent almost $200 eating there for those two days. We also had to buy the $4.00 a gal. gas to get there. (20 miles from here) We might as well of taken up an offerring.. we would have got just as much money or maybe more. We are a frequent guest of Applebee's....however this has left me a little upset.
