Terrible Experience - Applebee Restaurant
Tonight I placed a ToGo order at the Applebee's located at 8710 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC. The bartender let me know that my order would be ready in 10 mins. So I got out in the rain and drove to the location to pick it up. When I arrived at the bar she asked what my name was, and then said "oh we don't have the ingredients to make what you ordered, do you want to look at the menu?". I tried to not be rude, and since it was so late I went ahead and checked to see what else was on the menu. I placed another order and she didn't even offer to comp anything for the experience I had. Then while I waited for my food she didn't even offer me anything to drink and when I finally got my food and left she didn't even put utensils with my food. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had, it was so bad for the first time ever I didn't even leave a tip. I will never go back to this place...EVER!
