Applebee's Corporation Complaint

Unprofessional Manager - Food Service
On August 29th at 6:57pm my two children and I visited the Appleebees in Savoy IL, this was by far the most awful dining experience we have ever had. Although we were seated right away straightaway, thirty four minutes had passed and there were no meals or confirmation that our meals were coming. I asked a server if there was a manager available and she politely stated that she would find him. Well, we actually would have faired better if manager Don V would not have come to our table at all. He approached our table aggitated, rude and disrespectful. When I mentioned that we had been waiting for our food for thirty four minutes and that this was unexceptable. He made sure to mention that he has been in management for 20years, before he stated that we could leave and that they were short staffed. Well, we did leave and never plan on dining at applebees again. Poor management and customer service is what ruins companies, yes even large chain companies because there is a wonderful thing called capitalism, which also means competition. The company with the best service wins.
