applebees dixie are thieves - rude and unfair managers and waitress
Applebees in louisville ky in the 4000 block of dixie hwy tries to steal your money. We asked the waitress to check the balance of 2 $25 gift cards. When she came back she had two reciepts she said there is 25 on this one as she set it on the table with the reciept and she crumbled up the other reciept and said there was nothing on this card. We told her we wouldnt be staying if they both didnt have money. We would come back when we had the full amount to spend. She took the card with the "0 balance" and said let me ask the manager what we could do. The manager was sitting at the bar. She went in the back. She came back 5 mins later and said she called the number on the back and there was 15 dollars on it . we realized the scheme she was trying to pull got our food to go. I called the manager after we left she said she was mary but i think it was the waitress. She just kept making excuses for her. Watch out!
